NOTICE OF EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS POLICY
In keeping with Three Sigma Software’s policy to encourage and reward employees for identifying other talented and qualified individuals for open positions, all full-time employees qualify for a referral bonus. The bonus is based on the following terms and schedule:

A bonus of $5,000 is paid to any employee who refers a candidate to Three Sigma Software who is subsequently hired for any of the permanent, full-time technical and management positions. The referral bonus is paid after the referred hire has completed six (6) months of active service and successfully completes their introductory period. The referring employee will receive the bonus less required taxes in their paycheck.
