Thomas "TC" Mullany (President and CEO)

About the companyAs President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Three Sigma Software, Thomas “TC” Mullany is responsible for the company’s strategic focus.  Mr. Mullany, the founder of the organization, provides overall guidance and leads the efforts to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and maintain high performance levels for customers. TC has been working with state WIC programs for the past 12 years. Prior to starting up 3 Sigma Software, Mr. Mullany career includes over 28 years of experience in management, design, and development of scientific and business information systems. Technical experience includes all phases of the system life-cycle from requirements analysis and definition through system and software design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation. Business experience includes both market analysis, and the identification and capture of new work. Mr. Mullany holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Charles "Chuck" Bartholomew (Vice President and COO)

Chuck BartholomewAs Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Three Sigma Software, Chuck Bartholomew is responsible for the company’s tactical and day-to-day operation activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.  Prior to his appointment to Vice President and COO of 3 Sigma Software, Mr. Bartholomew’s career includes  thirty two years of experience in the engineering and infrastructure services industry, with emphasis on the design, deployment, maintenance and management of information and communication systems.  This includes twenty six years with Lockheed Martin, where Mr. Bartholomew built a track record of superior customer satisfaction while performing in several management positions to include program management, business development and new program capture management. Mr. Bartholomew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Mr. Bartholomew’s responsibilities include:

  • Directing company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
  • Directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
  • Establishing the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.
  • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
  • Establishing operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.

Elizabeth "Liz" Sausse (Vice President and CFO)

Liz SausseAs Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Three Sigma Software, Liz Sausse is responsible for the company’s financial operating activities including the treasury; IT department; and human resources; as well as facilities and administrative and compliance functions. Prior to her appointment as Vice President and CFO of Three Sigma Software, Ms. Sausse was a contracts and subcontracts manager at Lockheed Martin for over 10 years.  Liz Sausse holds a BS in finance from University of New Orleans and a Nursing degree from Marymount University.

 

Ms. Sausse’s responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.
  • Develops and directs financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities and direction.
  • Establishes and maintains stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business and product development.
  • Oversees all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
  • Prepares and files federal, state, third-party, and other financial reports to ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and IRS and other taxing entity requirements.
  • Evaluates, integrates, and manages the company’s financial, administrative, human resource and IT functions.

Krushanu Majmundar (Vice President and CIO)

Krushanu MajmundarAs Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Three Sigma Software, Krushanu Majmundar is responsible for the company’s technical direction.  Mr. Majmundar is the company top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. Prior to his appointment as Vice President and CIO of Three Sigma Software, Mr. Majmundar served as the Program Manager of the transfer of the Maryland system to Michigan and the subsequent transfer of the system to South Dakota. Mr. Majmundar holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Majmundar’s responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
  • Building and managing a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development, as well as project management.
  • Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community.
  • Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
  • Establishes technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

Courtney Panunzio (Vice President Business Development)

Courtney PanunzioAs VP of Business Development for Three Sigma Software, Courtney Panunzio is responsible for the company’s business initiatives and overall management of the Company’s business development activities. Courtney has been working with state WIC programs for the past 7 years. Prior to her appointment as Vice President of Business Development of Three Sigma Software, Ms. Panunzio was a registered Dietitian at Franklin Square Hospital Center where she counseled patients with diabetes, renal disease and heart disease.  Courtney has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/Minor in Psychology from West Chester University 2004.  She is also licensed to practice Nutrition and Dietetics in the State of Maryland.

Ms. Panunzio’s responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction.
  • Spearheading business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment.
  • Building and managing a business development team.
  • Being the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the Company’s dealings with the marketplace.

Satish Kodukula (Chief Architect)

Satish KodukulaAs Chief Architect for Three Sigma Software, Satish Kodukula is responsible for the company’s technical software development and engineering capabilities.  Mr. Kodukula is responsible for all of the company’s product and software development activities. Prior to his appointment as Chief Architect of Three Sigma Software, Mr. Kodukula was a development manager at Three Sigma software. Mr. Kodukula holds a Master of Computer Application from Bharatidasan University a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University. Satish is also a Microsoft Certified Professional in ASP.NET with C#.

Mr. Kodukula’s responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic planning for and direction and control of product and software development activities.
  • Providing technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management, for all product and software development.
  • Ensuring the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements, per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
  • Ensuring that the product is fully and correctly defined and documented.
  • Ensuring implementation of formal processes to support the product.
